New Year, New Skill! Learn to Make Pasta Like a Professional with Pasta Remoli

The New Year brings new adventures and goals. We say, rather than give stuff up for January, why not add something to your life?  Like a brand new skill!

Starting from the 26th January, Pasta Remoli will be offering pasta masterclasses with chef and founder Simone Remoli which take place at their brand new restaurant, Pasta Remoli Ealing every Saturday morning from 9am-12:30pm for four weeks with a new course starting again every other month.

Designed for enthusiastic home cooks, these masterclasses will give you an opportunity to learn how to prepare perfect pastas and sauces. Simone love for authentic Italian ingredients is the platform behind every recipe he creates, many of which draw inspiration from his native Roman cuisine, with a modern twist.

With four classes to choose from, you can attend as much of the masterclass course as you wish. Running weekly, you will have the opportunity to learn to use beautiful seasonal ingredients to make:

•           Tagliatelle, penne and Roman sauces

•           Filled Pasta with Ravioli and Tortellini

•           Vegan Sardinian gnocchi with different vegan sauces

•           Baked Pasta with cooking techniques

The 4 weeks course fee is £275 per person to include all ingredients and equipment and a rewarding graduation dinner held at Pasta Remoli Ealing. Classes can also be booked individually at only £75 per session (excl. graduation dinner).
